ANNUAL DUES

Assessments include:

Maintenance and landscaping at the front entrance and the Lambeth Estates Monument Sign
The watering of plants, trees and shrubs at the entrance and sprinkler repair
The Lambeth Estates HOA website (with updates and news in the community), and to pay your assessments on line
Administration costs associated with printing, postage, copies and filing of legal documents (i.e. resolutions)
Electricity for common areas
Annual Meeting refreshments and supplies
