COVENANT ENFORCEMENT
The Covenant Enforcement Appeal submission must be completed and submitted within 30 days of receiving the Notice of Violation. Members are required to email the completed form to the Committee Chairperson, Connie Raines- craines15@aol,com. and Secretary Linda Shein- linda.shein@yahoo.com to ensure proper processing. Timely submission is crucial for the appeal to be reviewed and considered.
The Process
Upon receiving the appeal notice, the Secretary and Chairperson of the Board will initiate the administration process, reviewing all accompanying documents. The homeowner will be promptly notified of the progress and any outcomes related to their appeal.
